  • My product is faulty. What do I do?

    We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.   • I have lost/broken the USB-receiver. How do I receive a new USB-receiver?

    It's not possible to provide a replacement receiver for this product. This is due to the fact that during production the product and receiver receive a unique code, so the product can only communicate with the bundled original receiver.

  • How to install the gamepad? Where can I find the driver?

    This gamepad does not need a special driver to function. The support for this product is already built into Windows. Steps to follow to install the gamepad: - First fully charge the gamepad with the charging cable. When the gamepad is charging the light will be blinking. When the gamepad is fully charged the light will be off. - When the gamepad is fully charged, connect the USB-receiver to the computer - Click the ON-button - Go to the Game controller settings to configure the gamepad - The gamepad is ready for use. When playing a game, make sure to select the correct input mode for the game. A switch is located on the back of the gamepad, with this switch you can change the input mode from X-Input to DirectInput.

  • Some buttons/controls are not working in games.

  • Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?

    Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products. A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.

  • How do I know the gamepad is charging/charged?

    When the gamepad is charging the light will be blinking. When the gamepad is fully charged the light will be off.

  • What do the 4 LEDs mean?

    The 4 LEDs have two functions; to indicate which controller number you are using (number 1, 2, 3 or 4) to indicate battery: If the four lights are lit, it means your controller is fully charged. If the LEDs are blinking, it is because the battery level is very low.

  • My device keeps disconnecting during use

    Test the various scenarios, as described below, to narrow down and eliminate possible causes.   • What is X-input or DirectInput?

    X-input is the input standard for newer games for the Windows operating systems and is used by most of the latest games that support the use of a gamepad. If the game supports X-input, the gamepad is used in X-input mode. DirectInput is an older input standard for gaming and is used by most older games that support the use of a gamepad.If the game supports Directinput, the gamepad is used in DirectInput mode. For correct use the gamepad switch must be set according to the input that the game specifies: X-input or DirectInput mode.

  • How do I switch the gamepad off?

    This gamepad doesn't have a shutdown button and the way to turn it off completely is to disconnect the USB-receiver. On the other hand, if you wish, you can also leave the USB-receiver constantly connected to the PC and when the PC is turned off or enters standby after some time of inactivity, the gamepad will also turn off. This is the recommend ed, but not mandatory, option.

  • How to turn on/off the vibration?

    The vibration feedback depends on the type of game, the controller doesn't have a switch to turn the vibration on or off.

  • Is this gamepad compatible with PS4, Xbox, Mac?

    This gamepad has been designed for use with Windows computers and PS3 only, not with any other devices or systems.

  • Can I connect more than 1 gamepad to my computer?

    It is possible to connect more controllers to one PC, but this depends on the operating system of your pc and the game(s) you play. So please check these requirements before trying to install several controllers on one computer.
