FAQ

  • My product is faulty. What do I do?

We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories. During the warranty period you will receive a replacement product from the retailer if available. For full warranty conditions you can consult: https://www.trust.com/support/warranty

  • I have lost/broken the USB-receiver. How do I receive a new USB-receiver?

It's not possible to provide a replacement receiver for this product. This is due to the fact that during production the product and receiver receive a unique code, so the product can only communicate with the bundled original receiver.

  • Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?

Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products. A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.

  • There is a noise in the headset.

Does it only happen when you use it wirelessly, not when you use it wired? If yes, make sure that other devices close by don't cause wireless interference, e.g. routers, cables, phones. We would also advise to keep wireless as well as metal objects away from the (USB-adapter of the) headset. And to make sure that the USB-adapter is connected directly to the USB-port without using a hub or extension cable.

  • How do I connect the headset to my Xbox or Switch or any other wired 3.5mm device?

This headset includes an audio cable to make a wired connection. In this way, you can plug it into all your devices with a 3.5mm audio connection, such as your PC, laptop, Xbox, PlayStation or Switch.

  • I have a Dell computer and am having issues with the computer audio. What can I do?

If you are experiencing audio issues on your Dell computer, make sure to install the latest audio drivers for your computer from the Dell website at https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us?app=drivers After you have installed the Dell software and drivers for your computer setup the software correctly to activate the audio devices: 1. Go to the Windows Start Menu and open the Dell Optimizer software. 2. Click the Audio button. 3. Toggle the Switch to ENABLED. 4. Toggle the NOTIFICATIONS on. 5. Disable the Audio page and close the application. 6. When plugin the microphone, headset or headphones, the Optimizer will notify that a device is connected to the audio port. Select the correct device that is attached in the Optimizer option menu. If this does not solve your problem, contact the Dell support or your system administrator.

  • How to install this headset?

To install: - First fully charge the headset. This will take approx. 3 hours. - When the headset is fully charged, plug the receiver into the device (computer/console). - Switch the headset on by long-pressing the middle button - Make sure the headset (and esp. the microphone) are allowed to be used by applications in the privacy settings. - Set the headset as the default device, for both input and output in the sound/audio settings. - Verify that the microphone is not muted (both on the headset as well as on the device), and that the volume is turned up (both on the headset as well as on the device). - The headset is ready to use.

  • What do the LED indicators mean?

Headset indicators: No light = Power off Blue light solid = Power on and connected Blue light flashing = Pairing Red light = Charging Red light off = Battery full USB dongle indicator: Blue light flashing = Pairing Blue light solid = connected

  • The LED on the dongle flashes, but there is no connection

If the dongle cannot connect to the headphones, the LED on the dongle will flash. Try to unplug the dongle and plug it back in after a few seconds to reconnect the headphones.

  • The headset isn't connecting to my receiver (anymore). What can I do?

It appears that the headset is not properly paired with the receiver. To pair the receiver: - Make sure the USB receiver is connected to the PC and the headset is turned off. - Place the headset very close to the USB-receiver. This step is very important for pairing. Headset and receiver must be almost in direct contact. - At this point, press the headset's power button until you hear a kind of noise or beep, at that moment DO NOT release the button, wait a couple of seconds more until you see that the light on the USB receiver has stopped flashing. - The receiver and headset are now re-paired.
