The USB receiver has lost connection with the headset. What can I do?

• Make sure the USB receiver is connected to the PC and the headset is turned off.
• Place the headset very close to the USB-receiver. This step is very important for pairing. Headset and receiver must be almost in direct contact.
  
• At this point, press the headset's power button until you hear a kind of noise or beep, at that moment DO NOT release the button, wait a couple of seconds more until you see that the light on the USB receiver has stopped flashing.
  
• The receiver and headset are now re-paired.
