How to install and connect the Fayzo headset to a computer
The first step is to charge the headset. This can take up to four hours depending on the initial level of the battery and how it is being charged. The headset can be charged using a free USB port on a computer or by using a wall socket with an adapter, similar to those used for charging smartphones.
Connect the microphone to the headset.

Installation steps for wired connection
The headset is a Plug & Play device, which means that when you connect the headset's aux cable to a free audio port of a computer or any other compatible device, such as a PS4/5, Nintendo Switch, tablet, or smartphone, these devices automatically recognize the headset and it is ready to use.
How to connect the headset via Bluetooth
Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds until you hear a series of "beep" sounds, indicating that the headset has entered pairing mode.
Go to the Bluetooth settings on the device you want to pair with, and select "Trust GXT BT (Fayzo Headset)" to begin the pairing process.
How to connect the headset via USB-receiver
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until you hear a single "beep," indicating that the headset has powered on.
Place the USB-receiver in a free USB port of the computer.

- Microphone Switch. The Fayzo headset allows the user to turn on and off the microphone.
- Audio mix knob. The Fayzo headset offers the ability to connect the headset wirelessly to two different devices at the same time using the two different wireless connections it offers, the Bluetooth connection and the USB receiver connection. And using the audio mix knob you can switch from one device to another. To do this, turn the control to one side or the other.
- Volume knob. Allows to increase or decrease the volume.
- Charging port. This port allows you to charge your Fayzo headset by connecting it to a free USB port on the computer or to a wall socket using an adaptor like the ones used to charge smartphones.
- Multicolor and virtual 7.1 sound button. Short press this button to switch between the 3 lighting color options or turn on the light if desired by pressing the button once more.
Press and hold the same button for 2 seconds to activate or deactivate the 7.1 virtual sound function. Power button. Press and hold this button for 3 seconds to turn on or off the headset.
