Check the microphone connection
As shown in the image below, there are two 3.5mm jack ports. Please make sure you plug the microphone into the correct audio port, which has a more square shape.
Also make sure that when you plug the microphone in, it goes in all the way. If when you connect the microphone it does not fit completely, you will have to turn it to the other side. See images below.

Test the microphone on different devices
If the issue persist, connect your headset Fayzo to a different device, check if the issue persist and inform us about the outcome of this test.
You can connect the Fayzo headset to your mobile phone or computer and try to record an audio test using your headset microphone. You can use an app that can record your voice or you can send a WhatsApp audio in order to test the microphone.
In the unlikely event that your microphone still doesn't work, you can inform us and we'll make sure you get a new one.
