My product is faulty. What do I do?
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories. During the warranty period you will receive a replacement product from the retailer if available. For full warranty conditions you can consult: https://www.trust.com/support/warranty

Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products. A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.

How does the card reader function?
The function of the card reader device is basically to read the Smartcard. Depending on the public service / agency that you want to connect to, a specific application (software) may be necessary. This software is provided by the service / agency (i.e. not by Trust) and is usually available via the website of the service / agency. When the card reader and the software from the service / agency have been installed, you can simply tap your NFC-enabled smartcard on the smartcard reader to log in or authenticate yourself.

Why/When does the LED turn on or start blinking?
The LED will turn on when it is reading the smartcard. In case of an error, the LED will not switch on but will remain blinking, we advise to make sure that the device has been installed correctly, the smartcard is compatible with the reader and the chip of the card is readable (ie no cover or case is used, or no debris/dirt or other obstacle is between chip and reader), then try again.
