Amazon warranty procedure

Within the warranty period Amazon will replace or refund it.

We recommend contacting Amazon via live chat to request a replacement of the item; to initiate the chat or request to be called you need to log into your Amazon account.
As stated in their message, Trust support is to solve technical problems or ship damaged or missing parts, if available.


For replacement I recommend the following:
- Log in to your Amazon account
- Scroll down to click on Customer Service
- Click on Something else

- Click on Contact Us

- A chat will open where you report that you have a faulty item, they will then ask you if you want to chat with an employee or be called back.
