USB Receiver is lost or broken

USB receiver is lost 
You will not be the only one to have misplaced your USB receiver. Unfortunately each USB receiver is uniquely paired to the product (or product set). This means that the product does not work any more.  Its probably worth having a good look for it. We cannot replace them.

USB receiver is broken and under warranty
When the USB receiver is broken and the product is still under warranty then please contact your retailer for an exchange. You will need to exchange both the USB receiver and the product (or product set) . Here are the warranty conditions to help you. Please note that the warranty specifically states:


Warranty will be void in cases of opened products, physical damage, misuse, modification, repair by unauthorized persons, carelessness and using the product for other purpose than its intended use.


USB receiver is broken and no longer under warranty
When the USB receiver is broken and the product is no longer under warranty then the same applies as above when the USB is lost. The USB receiver cannot be replaced.
