General Wireless Product Troubleshooting - not bluetooth

My wireless product doesn't work. What can I do?

We recommend checking the following:

  1. Check that there is no software installed from a previous product that could interfere with normal operation.
  2. Update your operating system.
  3. Go to device manager.
  4. Find your product.
  5. Right click on it and uninstall the driver.
  6. Restart your computer.

The computer will automatically detect and install the device.

 The product is ready to use.

 

If you are using a USB 3.0 port, we recommend using a USB 2.0 port instead. If the problem persists, test the mouse with another computer and see if the problem repeats.
