My wireless product doesn't work. What can I do?
We recommend checking the following:
- Check that there is no software installed from a previous product that could interfere with normal operation.
- Update your operating system.
- Go to device manager.
- Find your product.
- Right click on it and uninstall the driver.
- Restart your computer.
The computer will automatically detect and install the device.
The product is ready to use.
If you are using a USB 3.0 port, we recommend using a USB 2.0 port instead. If the problem persists, test the mouse with another computer and see if the problem repeats.
