I bought a Trust product via Amazon and the product is defective. How can I make use of the warranty?

For a warranty exchange please contact Amazon via their chat Support service, because you have entered into a sales agreement with them. Amazon will exchange the item for you, providing the item is under warranty and you have a valid proof of purchase.

At Trust Customer Services, we can help you with any product related defects or questions that you may have regarding your product. We do not handle any sales or returns related questions. 

If you have received a standard message from Amazon that the guarantee will be processed faster via the manufacturer, then please ignore this and get in touch with Amazon to exchange the device. For all Trust products, Amazon is responsible for warranty processing.
