For replacement I recommend the following:
- Log in to your Amazon account
- Scroll down to click on Customer Service
- Log in to your Amazon account
- Scroll down to click on Customer Service
- Click on Other and English
- Click on Contact Us
- A window will open where you can choose which kind of contact you wish.
