My product is faulty. What do I do?
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories. During the warranty period you will receive a replacement product from the retailer if available. For full warranty conditions you can consult: https://www.trust.com/support/warranty

Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products. A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.

No, only the Trust Extended Microphone is supported.

No, only the Trust Extended USB Cables are supported.

The camera works with all common VC applications like Skype, Zoom, Teams, Webex, Hangouts, etc.

Yes, the camera can be used in the same way as you use a regular webcam.

No, can only be used through a wired connection.

Yes, the VC camera comes with a wall mount included.

With which operating systems does the VC camera work?
The camera is supported by Windows and macOS.

No, needs to be connected to a Windows or macOS enabled system.

Which USB-port is required to use the VC Camera?
For optimal use, the VC camera requires a normal USB 3.0 port (type A).
