VERTO mouse. The cursor isn´t working or moving.

Question: The cursor of my mouse Verto isn´t working or moving. What can I do?


We advise the following steps to pair again the mouse with its USB receiver:
  • Switch off the mouse and remove the USB receiver from the USB port.
  • Wait for few seconds and switch on the mouse.
  • Plug the USB receiver to free USB port.
  • Put the mouse at 1 cm distance from the USB receiver.
  • Press the right button+scroll wheel simultaneously for 3seconds
  • The red Light will start blinking to indicate pairing mode is successful.
