We advise to check following:
- Check that you do not have a software from a previous mouse that could be interfering with its normal operation
- Update your operating system.
- Access your device manager.
- Locate your mouse.
- Right click on it and Uninstall the driver.
- Reboot your computer.
- The computer will automatically detect and install the device.
The mouse is ready for use.
If you are using a USB 3.0 port, we recommend using a USB 2.0 port instead.
If the issue persist, test the mouse with a different computer and check if the issue repeats.
