Mouse cursor is not moving. What can I do?

We advise to check following:

  • Check that you do not have a software from a previous mouse that could be interfering with its normal operation
  • Update your operating system.
  • Access your device manager.
  • Locate your mouse.
  • Right click on it and Uninstall the driver.
  • Reboot your computer.
  • The computer will automatically detect and install the device.

The mouse is ready for use.

If you are using a USB 3.0 port, we recommend using a USB 2.0 port instead.

If the issue persist, test the mouse with a different computer and check if the issue repeats.
