Question: The lateral light goes red for a couple of seconds and then turn off but my mouse Verto isn´t working or moving. What can I do?
We advise the following steps to pair again the mouse with its USB receiver:
- Switch off the mouse and remove the USB receiver from the USB port.
- Wait for few seconds and switch on the mouse.
- Plug the USB receiver to free USB port.
- Put the mouse at 1 cm distance from the USB receiver.
- Press the right button+scroll wheel simultaneously for 3seconds
- The red Light will start blinking to indicate pairing mode is successful.
