How can I use my tablet on a dual monitor setup?
First setup proper dual screen mode in your operating system. If this doesn't function, install the latest downloadsdriver from the Trust website, if available.

How to enable pen pressure/tilt in my drawing program?
In most drawing programs pen pressure/tilt is enabled after installing the driver. If pen pressure is still not working, consult the documentation of the application.

No, this is not supported.

My product is faulty. What do I do?
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories. How do I install this tablet?
To properly install the tablet, please follow these steps: Remove all drivers for this device and all similar devices previously installed on your computer. Be sure that your system is up to date (www.windowsupdate.com). Unplug the tablet and restart your system. Download and install the latest drivers from the website Connect the tablet directly to a properly working USB port without using a hub or an extension cable. Windows should automatically recognize the device. When the driver is properly installed the tablet icon will appear in the taskbar. Check in Device Manager* if the tablet is correctly installed without any remarks. *To find Device Manager refer to the Microsoft Windows Help Function.

Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products. A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.

The downloadable file (e.g. the driver) will not completely download to my computer. What can I do?
When the file doesn't completely download/install to your computer, we recommend : Delete the downloaded file or files To uninstall the installed file After all is removed and uninstalled, re-download the file from the website. Please note: Install the file only after it has been fully downloaded, otherwise you will receive an error. Alternatively use a different browser and/or a download manager to download the file. Make sure to install the file with administrator rights. Check that your virus software program is configured correctly for downloads. When more than 1 file is available, make sure to download the correct file for your article version and operating system version.

When I use the software, it says NO DEVICE. What can I do?
Make sure that when you download, install and use the program you are doing so with administrator rights (right-click run as administrator).

Is it compatible with M1 Mac? Are drivers available?
This product has been developed for Intel-based Mac devices. There are no dedicated drivers for Macs using M1 processors available. Consequently, this product is not compatible with M1 Mac.
