FAQ

  • The mouse arrow shakes, moves strangely or does not move at all.

    Try using the mouse on a different surface or use a mousepad. Clean the sensor on the bottom of the mouse with a dry cloth. Improve wireless performance.

  • My computer can't find the Bluetooth device I am trying to connect to.

    Make sure the device is set to findable/pairing mode. Refer to the manual of that device to find out how. Make sure the device is located close to your computer. Connect like described in the manual of your bluetooth adapter. Note: some devices like headsets and mice may stay findable for a short time, so connect to them quickly!

  • Is it required to turn off the product to save power?

    This product uses standby (sleep) mode to save battery power. When the product is not moving or there is no signal from the USB receiver, it will turn sleep-mode on, to save battery power. To make sure that there is no signal still going from the computer to the product, when the product is not used (since some computers continuously power their USB-ports, even when the computer itself is switched off), We recommend to doublecheck the power management options of the USB-port, if switching the product on/off is not an option.

  • My product is faulty. What do I do?

    We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.   • Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?

    Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products. A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.

  • What is the pincode for this mouse?

    We do not set a pincode for this mouse. If you can not skip this pincode, We recommend that Windows generate its own new code. Or that you use a default code like 0000 or 1234.

  • How do I change the dpi (cursor speed) of the mouse?

    By pressing the DPI-button you will change the DPI. There is no visual indication for the DPI selection, other than that the pointer speed on the screen will be faster or slower, depending on the DPI that is selected.

  • Can I use this mouse on my iOS device (e.g. iPhone or iPad)?

    No, this mouse is not compatible with iOS devices.

  • How do I install this mouse?

    To install the mouse: Place a full battery in the battery compartment on the bottom of the mouse. Switch the mouse on with the button on the bottom of the mouse Press 6 seconds on both the middle and right button to start the pairing process Go to the Bluetooth section on the device you are connecting the mouse to, and select Trust-MS-01 Note: in some devices it can be necessary to switch Bluetooth off/on before trying to pair The mouse is ready for use.

  • How to install a Bluetooth mouse on my Mac?

  • How can I change the time that the mouse goes into standby-mode?

    This mouse is equipped with an energy-saving mode that is activated after a certain period of inactivity. You can wake up the mouse by using it again. This is a built-in feature that unfortunately cannot be turned off. The energy saving function is designed to extend battery life and extend the useful life of the mouse without changing the battery.
