Where can I get drivers for my Trust product?
This product doesn't need any drivers to function. Just connect and the product should work.

The mouse arrow shakes, moves strangely or does not move at all.
Try using the mouse on a different surface or use a mousepad. Clean the sensor on the bottom of the mouse with a dry cloth. Improve wireless performance.

I get the wrong letters and/or symbols when typing on my computer.
If your keyboard isn't typing the correct characters, you may have the incorrect input language selected. Please check the language preference settings of your system. If the correct language is not present, add this language to the system. If you use more than one language on your system, make sure to select the correct one. My product is faulty. What do I do?
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories. I have lost/broken the USB-receiver. How do I receive a new USB-receiver?
It's not possible to provide a replacement receiver for this product. This is due to the fact that during production the product and receiver receive a unique code, so the product can only communicate with the bundled original receiver.

Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products. A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.

My device keeps disconnecting during use
Test the various scenarios, as described below, to narrow down and eliminate possible causes. Continue testing and vary only one thing at a time. distance: make sure you are close enough to the receiver. It may seem simple and possibly not be the issue, but that must be proven or disproven one way or another. battery: is the battery fully charged? location: when using a receiver, try to move the receiver to another location, preferably from behind the device you are using our product on. interference: are wireless devices such as a router or wireless speaker close by? Other wireless devices can cause interference. up-to-date: Is the device you are using our product on up-to-date? E.g. is Windows up-to-date, are the USB-drivers up-to-date, etc. device: does it happen also when you use our product on another device?

I just bought it and can't find the USB-receiver. Where is it?
Depending on the version of your mouse, the receiver is stored either inside the product (bottom) itself, or inside the battery compartment of the mouse.

I can't use the numerical keypad part of the keyboard.
We advise to check the following: - Doublecheck that Numlock is enabled. - Mouse keys are turned off (control panel ease of access change how your keyboard works). - The keyboard driver is up to date and no errors are visible in the Device Manager.

How to install the keyboard and mouse set?
To install: - Place full 2x AA batteries in the keyboard and switch the keyboard on with the on-off button. - Place a full AA battery in the mouse and switch the mouse on with the on-off button. - Take the stored USB-receiver out of the (battery compartment of the) mouse. - Connect the USB-receiver in a USB-port (USB-A) of the computer. - The computer will recognize the keyboard and mouse and install the built-in driver of your system, this might take some moments. - The keyboard and mouse are ready to use.

What are the functions of the media keys?

How do I use the (normal) fn-functions of the F1-12 keys?
To use the F1-12 functions, you have to press the fn-key together with the appropriate F1-12 key. fn + F1 = F1 fn + F2 = F2 etc.

How do I change the dpi (cursor speed) of the mouse?
The dpi-button is located on the top of the mouse behind the scroll-wheel With the dpi-button you can switch between 1000, 1400, 1800 dpi. The LED-indicator indicates the selected dpi. 1000 dpi = 1x LED flashing 1400 dpi = 2x LED flashing 1800 dpi = 3x LED flashing

Where are the battery indicators located on the keyboard and the mouse?
The battery indication on the keyboard is located on the upper right part of the keyboard. The LED wil flash when the battery is low. The battery indication on the mouse is located next to the scroll wheel. The LED wil flash when the battery is low.

I'm having connection issues with the mouse and/or keyboard, what can I do?
If you are having connection issues with the mouse and/or keyboard, we advise to use the included USB-A male to USB-A female anti-interference cable. Connect the USB micro-receiver to the anti-interference cable and connect the cable to the USB-port of the computer.
