Question: the lights stay on and the gamepad doesn't work?

- Locate your gamepad
- Right click on it and Uninstall the driver
- Unplug your receiver
- Reboot your computer
- Once that Windows has finished up booting, reconnect your receiver to the USB port without using a HUB or an extension cableFirst check that the game supports this type of game controller by checking the information of the game.If the game supports this type of game controller, make sure the gamepad is set to the correct input (DirectInput or X-input).
- Press Home + X during 3 seconds for X-input or Home + B for direct input. - If the previous steps did not help, could you connect the gamepad to a different computer?
- If the problem persists, your game controller could be defective
