  • The mouse arrow shakes, moves strangely or does not move at all.

    Try using the mouse on a different surface or use a mousepad. Clean the sensor on the bottom of the mouse with a dry cloth. Improve wireless performance.

  • How do I configure my mouse buttons for left/right handed usage?

  • I get the wrong letters and/or symbols when typing on my computer.

    If your keyboard isn't typing the correct characters, you may have the incorrect input language selected. Please check the language preference settings of your system. If the correct language is not present, add this language to the system. If you use more than one language on your system, make sure to select the correct one.   • Is it required to turn off the product to save power?

    This product uses standby (sleep) mode to save battery power. When the product is not moving or there is no signal from the USB receiver, it will turn sleep-mode on, to save battery power. To make sure that there is no signal still going from the computer to the product, when the product is not used (since some computers continuously power their USB-ports, even when the computer itself is switched off), We recommend to doublecheck the power management options of the USB-port, if switching the product on/off is not an option.

  • My product is faulty. What do I do?

    We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories.   • I have lost/broken the USB-receiver. How do I receive a new USB-receiver?

    It's not possible to provide a replacement receiver for this product. This is due to the fact that during production the product and receiver receive a unique code, so the product can only communicate with the bundled original receiver.

  • Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?

    Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products. A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.

  • I just bought it and can't find the USB-receiver. Where is it?

    Depending on the version of your mouse, the receiver is stored either inside the product (bottom) itself, or inside the battery compartment of the mouse.

  • How do I install the keyboard and mouse combo?

    To install the keyboard and mouse set: Remove the cover on the bottom of the mouse and keyboard. Place full batteries in both the mouse and keyboard. Remove the USB-receiver from the mouse. Close the cover on the bottom of the mouse and keyboard. Switch the mouse on with the on/off-button on the bottom. Place the USB-receiver in the closest (to keyboard and mouse) USB-port of the computer. The computer will recognize the keyboard and mouse and install them to the computer, this might take a few moments. The keyboard and mouse are ready to use.

  • When the USB-receiver is connected, the internet connection is lost or interrupted

    We would advise to check the following: - Change the channel on your router to one as far as possible from your existing one. - Move the mouse receiver to a different USB port, one that is as far as possible away from the one you have it in now.

  • How do I use a keyboard and its various keys, symbols, numbers, etc. in Windows?

    A keyboard will work according to the configuration of your operating system. Use the keyboard by pressing the keys with the desired letter or character. When a key has a symbol over the number, it can be used by pressing shift + the key.
