My product is faulty. What do I do?
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories. Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products. A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.

Where is the Mac-driver?
This particular product has been developed for use with the Windows operating systems only. Therefore drivers or installation instructions for other operating systems such as Mac are not available.

When I use the software, it says NO DEVICE. What can I do?
Make sure that when you download, install and use the program you are doing so with administrator rights (right-click run as administrator).

I don't see all options in the software, such as the macro button option.
If you don't see the MACRO button and other options in the software screen/Key Setting, you need to check the DPI scaling behavior of the computer: Right-click on the application shortcut Choose Properties in the drop-down menu Click on the tab 'Compatibility' Click on the text 'Change high DPI settings' Check the ‘Override’ box (Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by:) Choose ‘System’ from the drop-down menu Click ‘OK’. Sign out of your PC. Login to your PC again. Open the software. The software is now fixed and shows the MACRO button options in the software screen/Key Setting.

Every time my Windows 10 pc starts up, the Settings menu appears. Can this be switched off?
You can switch this off following these steps: 1. Go to Control Panel 2. Click on System and Security 3. Click on Schedule tasks 4. Delete the task Gx-GmTaskPlan
