FAQ

  • Where can I get drivers for my Trust product?

This product doesn't need any drivers to function. Just connect and the product should work.

  • How do I change my mouse arrow/cursor speed?

Mouse arrow/cursor speed can be adjusted by clicking the DPI switch on the topside of the mouse. Alternatively, follow the steps in the mouse settings page https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/change-mouse-settings-e81356a4-0e74-fe38-7d01-9d79fbf8712b

  • My product is faulty. What do I do?

We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories. During the warranty period you will receive a replacement product from the retailer if available. For full warranty conditions you can consult: https://www.trust.com/support/warranty

  • I have lost/broken the USB-receiver. How do I receive a new USB-receiver?

It's not possible to provide a replacement receiver for this product. This is due to the fact that during production the product and receiver receive a unique code, so the product can only communicate with the bundled original receiver.

  • How can I change the button functions?

This mouse uses a generic driver of Windows, which doesn't provide a possibility to adjust button functions. However, you can try with software which is available on internet to configure the buttons. http://www.highrez.co.uk/downloads/XMouseButtonControl.htm Please note that this solution is not official, as there is no Trust software available for programming the buttons, and therefore it is not supported, nor is proper functioning of the software guaranteed.

  • Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?

Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products. A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.

  • I just bought it and can't find the USB-receiver. Where is it?

Depending on the version of your mouse, the receiver is stored either inside the product (bottom) itself, or inside the battery compartment of the mouse.

  • Can I use this keyboard/mouse on PS4?

Although our keyboards and mice are designed for use with computers, they can be used on PS4. However please note, most PS4 games do not support a keyboard and mouse. When using a (wired) keyboard or mouse with a PS4, make sure it connects well with the PS4. If the PS4 has a connection on the back, connect the keyboard/mouse to the USB-connection on the back of the PS4. Or alternatively use an extension cable or USB hub.

  • Can I use this keyboard/mouse on Xbox One?

You can use our mice and keyboards on the Xbox One. Please note that Xbox One supports the use of mouse and keyboard in some games and apps, but it doesn’t work for every game or app. The game or app publisher must enable this feature for their content. For more information, consult the Xbox support website via https://support.xbox.com/help/Hardware-Network/accessories/mouse-keyboard

  • How do I switch the mouse off / on?

You can switch the mouse off / on with the button on the bottom. However, this mouse uses standby (sleep) mode to save battery power. There is no need to switch it off. When the mouse is not moving or there is no signal from the USB receiver, it will turn sleep-mode on, to save battery power. When you use the mouse again, e.g. (depending on the type of mouse) by pressing a button, or by moving the mouse, it will switch on again. For storage or travelling we would suggest to switch the mouse off.

  • My mouse is not working anymore, What can I do?

We recommend performing some tests to try to find out what the problem could be. Since it is a wireless mouse with a USB receiver, We recommend that you try the following: 1. Battery: Reinstall the mouse with a new AA battery in case the battery is exhausted. 2. USB port: Try the mouse (receiver) on a different USB port on the computer 3. Pairing: The USB receiver may have been unpaired. To re-pair: - Remove the USB receiver from the PC - Hold down the right and middle mouse buttons for two seconds - After pressing the buttons, connect the receiver to the PC while the mouse is within 10cm of the receiver. - The mouse should now reconnect to the receiver. 4. Computer: Test the mouse on another computer to rule out a problem with the computer;s configuration.
