Trezo Comfort Wireless Keyboard&Mouse Set - It seems my keyboard/mouse is not paired

Question: my keyboard/mouse is not working but the USB receiver is correctly recognized by the operating system, what can I do?


Sometimes the pairing information between the mouse, dongle and keyboard is lost.

If that happens, the keyboard and/or the mouse doesn’t work at all.


  • Dongle and keyboard synchronization process (leave mouse off)

Firstly, plug the dongle into PC connector. The receiver will start to search for new device, pls ensure you will follow to conduct the next procedure within 15 seconds since it will cease searching after 15 seconds.

 

Secondly, fix the battery into the keyboard battery compartment. When you see battery indicator is flashing, immediately press key ‘ESC’ with left hand (hold it and not to release it) and then keep typing the key ‘K’ for 3-5 seconds and then keyboard with pair with the dongle successfully

 

Thirdly, repeat to operate step 1 and step 2 if it fails in pairing them.

 

 

  • Dongle and mouse synchronization process (leave keyboard off)

Firstly, plug the dongle into PC connector. The receiver will start to search for new device, pls ensure you will follow to conduct the next procedure at once since it will cease searching the new devices after 15 seconds.

 

Secondly, fix the battery into the mouse battery compartment. immediately press down scroll wheel +right button for 3-5 seconds and then mouse with pair with the dongle successfully

 

Thirdly, repeat to operate step 1 and step 2 if it fails in pairing them.
