Question: do I need a driver to install my headset on Windows?

The support for this headset is built-into Windows, including Windows 10/11. Once you connect the headset to the computer, Windows recognizes the headset and installs the built-in Windows driver.

Please follow the steps below to re-install the headset.

1. Make sure your system is up to date following the instructions from the website www.windowsupdate.com 

2. Unplug the headset and restart the system.

3. When Windows has completely loaded, connect the product directly to the 3.5mm audio port of your computer.

4. Windows should recognize the headset and install the built-in Windows driver.

5. Check in the Device Manager if the product is correctly installed or if there is any error message (visible by the yellow exclamation mark) reported.

6. After the device has been recognized by the system and is visible in the Device Manager, you need to select it as default device for playing and recording to be able to use it. 

7. If the above steps don't help, can you connect the headset to another PC and try the steps again?
