Question: My Voxx mouse is not charging. What can I do?
Determine if the USB charging port of the mouse is defective or if the charging cable is defective.
- Charge another device using the mouse charging cable
- Use another cable to charge the mouse.
This will determine where the issue is coming from.
If the issue is related to the cable:
