Once you connect the device to the computer, Windows recognizes the microphone and installs the built-in Windows driver automatically.
If you are encountering some issues, please follow these steps to re-install the microphone:
Unplug the device and restart the computer.
When Windows is completely loaded, connect the device directly to the 3.5 mm (about 0.14 in) and/or USB connection ports of your computer (type of connection varies per device).
Check in the Device Manager if the product is correctly installed or if there is any error message
(visible by the yellow exclamation mark) reported.
After the device has been recognized by the computer and appears in the Device Manager list, make sure to select it as default device for recording to be able to use it.
To set the microphone as default device; right-click on the speaker icon in the taskbar > click on recording devices > select the device > Set Default > click on Apply and OK
Make sure to check the levels tab (Right mouse-click on the device > Properties > Levels) and adjust to a setting to at least 75.
If the above steps don't help, make sure your system is up to date following the instructions from the website www.windowsupdate.com and update the drivers of the sound card.
If the issue still persists, connect the device to another computer and try the steps again.
