The webcam works with the built-in functionality of the computer. There are no dedicated drivers. Windows installs the driver automatically once the webcam is connected to the computer.
For installation, please try the following steps:
Connect the webcam to the computer.
On Windows 10: Make sure the microphone is allowed in the Microphone Privacy settings for apps to use.
Set the microphone of the webcam as the default sound input device of the computer.
The webcam is ready to use.
When you use the webcam with an app like Teams, Zoom, Skype, you must also set the webcam and its microphone as the default sound device in that app's settings.
For additional functionality: (ie use of the snapshot button), the file (if available) can be downloaded and installed from the product web page.

However, this is not required for the normal webcam operation.
How to enable webcam/microphone in Windows:
Open Settings by pressing the Windows hotkey + I or by clicking the Settings icon on the Start menu.
In the Settings window, click Privacy.
Click Camera in the left panel. You'll see an option that says "Allow apps to access your camera." Slide the power button and then select which apps can access your camera.
Click on ‘Microphone’ in the left pane and make sure that the option that says “Allow apps to access your microphone” is also activated. Then select which apps can access your microphone.
