FAQ

  • How do I configure my mouse buttons for left/right handed usage?

Follow the steps in the mouse settings page https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/change-mouse-settings-e81356a4-0e74-fe38-7d01-9d79fbf8712b

  • I get the wrong letters and/or symbols when typing on my computer.

If your keyboard isn't typing the correct characters, you may have the incorrect input language selected. Please check the language preference settings of your system. If the correct language is not present, add this language to the system. If you use more than one language on your system, make sure to select the correct one. Set the correct language as explained in the keyboard settings page https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/manage-the-input-and-display-language-settings-in-windows-12a10cb4-8626-9b77-0ccb-5013e0c7c7a2

  • Sometimes letters are missing when typing.

Clean your keyboard from dust and crumbles.

  • My product is faulty. What do I do?

We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories. During the warranty period you will receive a replacement product from the retailer if available. For full warranty conditions you can consult: https://www.trust.com/support/warranty

  • Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?

Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products. A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.

  • The WASD keys are swapped with the arrow keys. How can I swap them back?

If you accidentally swapped the WASD keys with the arrow keys, try the following to swap them back. - FN + W or - ALT + W Note: on Azerty keyboards: replace the W with the Z.

  • Can I use this keyboard/mouse on PS4?

Although our keyboards and mice are designed for use with computers, they can be used on PS4. However please note, most PS4 games do not support a keyboard and mouse. When using a (wired) keyboard or mouse with a PS4, make sure it connects well with the PS4. If the PS4 has a connection on the back, connect the keyboard/mouse to the USB-connection on the back of the PS4. Or alternatively use an extension cable or USB hub.

  • Is the keyboard mechanical?

The keys are membrane. Mechanical keyboards will have the word Mechanical in the product name, such as the GXT 865 Asta Mechanical Gaming Keyboard.

  • Can I use this keyboard/mouse on Nintendo Switch?

This product has been developed for use with computers only. To our knowlegde, you can't use a keyboard/mouse on the Switch to play games like you can on a computer, as it's not a supported game controller. However, you can use a USB-keyboard, as long as the Switch is docked, by plugging it into the USB port on the dock, for text entry (but not for gameplay). To play games using a keyboard/mouse on the Switch, you would need to purchase some extra peripherals.

  • How do I install the keyboard and mouse set? There are no drivers.

This keyboard and mouse set works with the standard drivers of your system. When plugged in, the operating system will automatically detect and install the devices. If you have had a problem with the installation, We recommend that you uninstall any drivers you have, disconnect the receiver, restart your computer and reconnect the receiver so that the system will recognize and install the devices again.
