Question: I require an USB-C connector for my charger, how do I receive one?
In our spare part assortment we don't have an interchangeable USB-C connector for our regular chargers.
For a laptop with an USB-C plug a different type of charger, a USB-C charger, is required. You will need to return your charger due to this incompatibility.
In our assortment we have the Maxo for USB-C charging.
