My webcam Trino does not work on a Mac operating system. What can I do?

If the webcam is not working on a Mac, we recommend checking the webcam settings on the computer, such as:
- Application permissions: Apple menu> System Preferences> Security and privacy> Privacy
- Check if Mac detects the camera: Apple menu icon> About This Mac> Overview tab> System Report> System Information menu> Hardware> Camera
- Is the camera not working in a specific application? If the camera works with other applications, try resetting the screen time of the applications.
- Antivirus settings

The driver available at the product web page is not compatible with Mac. This software allows the use of the snapshot button. However, please keep in mind that this driver is not required for the normal webcam operation.  

Just connect and the product should work.
