How to connect the Forta headset to the PS5 and computer
Connect to PS5
Place the 3.5 mm jack audio cable to the audio port of your PS5 gamepad.
Follow the steps shown in the below link/video to make sure that the PS5 has recognized the headset as the Input and Output device:

The headset is ready to use.
Connect to computer
Place the 3.5 mm jack audio cable to the audio port of your computer. (Make sure your computer has a combined audio port, otherwise you will need to use a cable audio splitter/adapter)

Removable microphone and audio cable
Both the microphone and the audio cable are removable. This reduces the chances of breakage and allows the replacement of these parts in case of defect. Remove both by gently pulling the plug. To avoid breakage, do not pull the wire.

Headset controls
The Forta headset has an on/off switch for the microphone.
The background of the microphone switch is white when the microphone is active and orange when the microphone is muted.
You can control the volume directly from the volume wheel.

Troubleshooting
My microphone is not recognized by applications (eg.Teams or Zoom.)
On Windows 10 and 11, check in Privacy Settings (image) that apps like Skype, Teams, etc. can use the microphone.

Windows is using the wrong microphone when other devices are installed
When the microphone is not working, make sure that the microphone is set as the default device for sound input and output in the Sound Settings.
Open Sound settings and set the headset as the default device, for both input and output in the sound settings as shown in the images below.
(If you are unsure how to open Sound settings, you can check on the Microsoft site for more instructions)
The headset is ready to use.
