• Does my phone work with Mylox?

  Mylox works with any Android or iOS phone that can connect to a controller with Bluetooth.

• Does my phone fit in Mylox?

  2. Does my phone fit in Mylox? Any phone with a length between 95mm and 170mm will fit Mylox. Most phones will also fit including a case.

• What games can I play with Mylox?

  You can play any mobile game that supports controllers. You can also stream games to your phone using cloud gaming services or remote play. Compatibility has been tested for the following platforms: Xbox Cloud Games, Nvidia GeForce Now, Amazon Luna, Steam Link, Xbox Remote Play, Playstation Remote Play (iOS only), Moonlight, Netflix Games, Apple Arcade.

• My phone won’t connect to Mylox

  Make sure that you enter pairing mode on your Mylox bij pressing the HOME button for 4 seconds. During pairing mode, Mylox will show up in the Bluetooth settings of your phone as “GXT 735 Mylox”. After a connection between your phone and Mylox has been established, you can simply “wake” Mylox by pressing the HOME button once.

• My phone has connected to Mylox before, but doesn’t anymore

  Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and make it forget the connection with “GXT 735 Mylox”. Enter pairing mode on Mylox by holding the HOME button for 4 seconds. You can now reconnect your phone with Mylox.

• I get error code 0x80001fff when trying to use Playstation Remote Play

  You can prevent this error by following these steps: 1. Make sure that Mylox is off 2. Go to the PS Remote Play App 3. Establish a connection with your Playstation 4. Turn on Mylox now, it should work as expected

• Does Mylox have analogue triggers?

  Mylox does not have analogue triggers.

• Can I charge Mylox while playing?

  Yes, it is possible to continue playing while Mylox is charging.

• How can I see the battery status of Mylox?

  When Mylox is almost empty, the green LED indicator will start blinking. During charging, the green LED indicator will stop blinking when the battery is fully charged.
