During the warranty period you will receive a replacement product from the retailer if available. For full warranty conditions you can consult: https://www.trust.com/support/warranty

Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products. A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.

I try to install the driver but my Windows 10 computer displays message "This App has been blocked for your protection"
We always try to keep our products functional for as long as possible. As a result of the quick succession of developments in this sector and the advanced age of the product, we are no longer able to keep it compatible with the frequent releases of new Windows 10 updates. One of which has resulted in this error message, that indicates that the system is preventing you from running an installation (.exe) file, such as a hardware driver. This product isn't supported on Windows 10 due to its advanced age. Therefore there are no new driver updates available. Nor can we provide information on removing this error message. There are various solutions for this message posted on the internet, including in the Microsoft forum. Please note that these solutions are not official, as there is no driver update available and therefore are not supported, nor is proper functioning guaranteed.
