My product is faulty. What do I do?
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories. During the warranty period you will receive a replacement product from the retailer if available. For full warranty conditions you can consult: https://www.trust.com/support/warranty

Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products. A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.

Why are my settings not being saved?
If you plug the;gaming mouse in your PC for the first time and start the software, it may not recognize the gaming mouse yet. When this happens, close the software screen and also exit the program in your taskbar (right click > exit). After you have closed the program, start the software again. Now you will be able change and save your settings.

Where is the Mac-driver?
This particular product has been developed for use with the Windows operating systems only. Therefore drivers or installation instructions for other operating systems such as Mac are not available.

The downloadable file (e.g. the driver) will not completely download to my computer. What can I do?
When the file doesn't completely download/install to your computer, we recommend : Delete the downloaded file or files To uninstall the installed file After all is removed and uninstalled, re-download the file from the website. Please note: Install the file only after it has been fully downloaded, otherwise you will receive an error. Alternatively use a different browser and/or a download manager to download the file. Make sure to install the file with administrator rights. Check that your virus software program is configured correctly for downloads. When more than 1 file is available, make sure to download the correct file for your article version and operating system version.

When I use the software, it says NO DEVICE. What can I do?
Make sure that when you download, install and use the program you are doing so with administrator rights (right-click run as administrator).

How to install?
To install: - Connect the mouse to the USB-port of the computer - The computer will recognize the mouse and install the built-in driver, this might take a few moments - The mouse is ready to be used - Download (with adminstrator rights) the latest driver via the website Make sure to download the correct driver for your mouse version and for your operating system. - Click on the “24309_X.exe” file and follow the installation wizard. - Click on the “TRUST GXT 922 Gaming Mouse” shortcut to start the software. - You can now start to configure the mouse.

How can I change the lighting and the buttons?
It is possible to turn off the LED lights and learn about the button functions in the software We recommend that you do the following: - Download the latest version of the mouse software for your operating system - Run the installer in Administrator mode - Open the program in Administrator mode - Access the LED section and choose LED off - Access the Buttons tab and check or modify the functions of the buttons
