GXT 541 MUTA GAMING CONTROLLER - 24789 - MY CONTROLLER DOES NOT WORK OR IS NOT RECOGNISED CORRECTLY

Question: how to correctly install the Muta wired controller on the computer?

My Muta controller doesn't work correctly. The 2 central lights stay on and it shows one of these problems:

• Gamepad is registered as audio device.
• Gamepad button inputs are not correctly linked to the right button, or buttons don’t work as expected.

To solve this issue please follow these steps:

1. Disconnect Gamepad
2. Press HOME button and hold, now plug in Gamepad
3. Download new firmware via the link: https://we.tl/t-ks541zA2KY
4. Open GXT541_MUTA_GAMEPAD (should work automatically)
5. Follow the installation, and press 'Unconnect', this will change to 'Connect' if Gamepad is correctly connected
6. Press 'Send' and wait until finished, do not turn of PC or close application during this process
7. The gamepad is now updated and should work as expected.
