I get the wrong letters and/or symbols when typing on my computer.
If your keyboard isn't typing the correct characters, you may have the incorrect input language selected. Please check the language preference settings of your system. If the correct language is not present, add this language to the system. If you use more than one language on your system, make sure to select the correct one. Set the correct language as explained in the keyboard settings page https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/manage-the-input-and-display-language-settings-in-windows-12a10cb4-8626-9b77-0ccb-5013e0c7c7a2

My product is faulty. What do I do?
We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories. During the warranty period you will receive a replacement product from the retailer if available. For full warranty conditions you can consult: https://www.trust.com/support/warranty

Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products. A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.

What are those 3 LEDs on the top right side of the keyboard?
The LEDs above the number block are the Caps-lock, Num-lock and Scroll-lock indicators.

I can't use the numerical keypad part of the keyboard.
We advise to check the following: - Doublecheck that Numlock is enabled. - Mouse keys are turned off (control panel ease of access change how your keyboard works). - The keyboard driver is up to date and no errors are visible in the Device Manager.
