• My product is faulty. What do I do?

  We offer a 'return to retailer' warranty on our products. In case of a defect, you can return the product to your retailer with failure description, proof of purchase and all accessories. During the warranty period you will receive a replacement product from the retailer if available. For full warranty conditions you can consult: https://www.trust.com/support/warranty

• Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?

  Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products. A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.

• What is IPX7?

  IPX7: Can be submerged up to 1 meter in water for 30 minutes.

• How can I play music via SD-card?

  To play music via SD-card, you have to switch to SD input mode. And use a fat32 formatted microSD card, with max. 32GB, with mp3 audio files.

• How do I switch the speaker on/off?

  You switch the speaker on/off by pressing the on/off button 1x.

• How do I install this speaker?

  - Connect the speaker to a USB-charger, which is connected to a wall power outlet. The LED will be red when charging. When the speaker is fully charged the light will switch off. - Charging the speaker will take approx. 3 hours. - When the speaker has been fully charged, switch the speaker on by pressing the on/off button 1x. - Start the pairing process by pressing 1x both the minus (-) and plus (+) buttons - The LED on the speaker will flash blue when the speaker is in pairing mode. - Go to the Bluetooth section on the device you are pairing to and select the TRUST ZOWY to pair. - The LED on the speaker will stay blue when the speaker has been successfully paired. - The Zowy is ready for use.

• Can I pair my Zowy to another speaker?

  You can pair two Zowy speakers. You cannot pair the Zowy to a different type of speaker.

• How do I link 2 Zowy speakers together (Wireless Link function)?

  - Put the 2 speakers close together - Press both the minus (-) and plus (+) buttons on the left speaker for 4 seconds - The 2 speakers are linked together.

• How do I switch the input mode (Bluetooth, SD, AUX)?

  You switch the input mode by pressing the M-button 1x (If you press it for 4 seconds, it will try to link to another Zowy speaker instead).
