- Slide the cover off the base of the keyboard to take out the USB-receiver.
- Connect the USB-receiver to a free USB port of the computer without using a hub or extension cable.
- Place a full battery or batteries in the battery compartment and close the compartment.
- Switch the keyboard on (if applies) with the switch situated at the top of the keyboard.
- The computer will recognize the keyboard and install the built-in driver automatically. This might take a few moments.
- The keyboard is ready to use.
