Installing a Trust speaker on Windows 11 is easy. Trust speakers should work seamlessly with Windows 11 without the need for additional drivers.

Follow these steps:

Connect the Speaker:

  • For power, connect the speaker to a free USB-A port of the computer or to a USB-A charger that is connected to a wall power outlet.
  • For sound, connect the speaker aux cable to the audio-port of the computer for sound.

Check Device Manager:

  • To ensure that the speaker is recognized and installed correctly, you can check Device Manager:
  • Right-click on the Start button and select "Device Manager."
  • Look for an entry related to your speaker under "Audio outputs" or "Sound, video and game controllers.''
  • If you see your speaker listed without any warning symbols (like a yellow triangle), it's likely installed correctly.

Set Speaker as Default (if needed):

  • Right-click on the speaker icon in the system tray.
  • Select "Open Sound settings."
  • Under the "Output" section, choose your speaker from the dropdown menu.
  • Set it as the default device if necessary.

Adjust Speaker Settings:

  • Right-click on the speaker icon in the system tray.
  • Select "Open Sound settings."
  • Under the "Output" section, click on "Device properties."
  • Adjust the speaker volume and other settings as needed.

Test the Speaker:

  • Open any application or software that uses the speaker.
  • Check if the speakers are detected.
  • In the case where the speaker does not work, test the speaker on a different device to see if the issue repeats.
