What resolutions and refresh rates are supported?
The Dalyx 6-in-1 USB hub supports up to 2 4K monitors at 60Hz depending on the USB port the hub is connected to: - USB4 / Thunderbolt 4 port: 2 × 4K @ 60Hz - Non-USB4 / non-Thunderbolt 4: 1 × 4K @ 60Hz, or 2 × 4K @ 30Hz The host computer must support DisplayPort Alt Mode over USB-C.

I connected two monitors to the hub, but only one is working. Why?
Your computer may support only one external display. The hub cannot add display support beyond what your device natively allows. On MacBooks, only MacBook Pro models with Apple Silicon Pro or Max chips support multiple external monitors. Please check your device’s display capabilities to confirm compatibility.
