ZORA Software Issue
What is the issue? In some cases, the ZORA software may cause conflicts with certain keyboard layouts (e.g. ISO). This can result in one or more keys not lighting correctly or the keyboard becoming partially unusable. What should I do? Please uninstall the current software and use the keyboard without the software. The keyboard will function normally with default settings. Is there a fix? We are working on a new software version. An updated version will be available no later than the end of March 2026.
