Try using the mouse on a different surface or use a mousepad. Clean the sensor on the bottom of the mouse with a dry cloth. Improve wireless performance.
-

I have lost/broken the USB-receiver. How do I receive a new USB-receiver?
It's not possible to provide a replacement receiver for this product. This is due to the fact that during production the product and receiver receive a unique code, so the product can only communicate with the bundled original receiver.
-
How can I switch it off?
This mouse uses standby (sleep) mode to save battery power. There is no need to switch it off. When the mouse is not moving or there is no signal from the USB receiver, it will turn sleep-mode on, to save battery power. For storage or travelling we would suggest to remove the batteries.
-
Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products. A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.
-
Why does the battery drain fast?
Battery life depends on many variables including usage, quality of batteries and environmental factors (such as distance to receiver, nearby metallic objects, surface on which the product is used, etc. etc.). This product uses standby (sleep) mode to save battery power. When the product is not moving or there is no signal from the USB receiver, it will turn sleep-mode on, to save battery power. Make sure that when the battery is draining very fast, that there is no signal still going from the computer to the product, when the product is not used. Some computers continuously power their USB-ports, even when the computer itself is switched off. You can check this in the Power Management settings of the USB-port.

When I install the mousefix, I get a 'wait mouse' message
When you receive the 'wait mouse' message, we advise you to update the computer via Windows Update. Then reinstall the software. If running Windows update doesn't solve the issue, we ask that you to run the Mousefix software on another computer, preferably with a different operating system. When you run the Mousefix on the other computer, the mouse will work normally on your computer as well.

The mouse is not working. What do I do?
Please reinstall the mouse as follows: Make sure that your computer is up-to-date via windowsupdate.com Make sure the USB-ports are up-to-date by downloading and installing the latest USB-drivers from the website of the computer's manufacturer. Remove all errors from the Device Manager. Remove the USB-receiver Restart the computer Doublecheck that the battery is full. When in doubt, use a new battery. After the computer has fully restarted, connect the USB-receiver to the computer without using a hub or extension cable. The computer will recognize the mouse and install the built-in driver. This might take a few moments. Touch the left mouse button, the mouse is ready to use. If the error persists, test the mouse (receiver) on another USB-port and on another computer.

I just bought it and can't find the USB-receiver. Where is it?
Depending on the version of your mouse, the receiver is stored either inside the product (bottom) itself, or inside the battery compartment of the mouse.
-

The left button clicks 2x instead of 1x. What can I do?
Firstly, we would advise to check if it’s a software problem or if there’s an issue with the hardware. To test this, you can either plug the mouse (with fresh new batteries) into another computer, or plug a different mouse into the computer. If it is a software issue we would advise to: - Check if single-clicking is enabled - Check if double-click speed is set too low - Reinstall the mouse driver by removing the current mouse driver and let Windows reinstall it. To do this, right-click the Start Button and choose Device Manager. Expand the Mice and other pointing devices category and right-click your mouse. Choose Uninstall device, then restart your PC.

When I turn on the mouse, the red light flashes several times and then turns off. What can I do?
It appears that the mouse is not properly paired with the receiver. To pair the receiver: - Disconnect receiver from PC - Press both the right and middle mouse buttons for two seconds - After pressing the buttons, connect the receiver to the PC while the mouse is within 10 cm of the receiver. - The mouse should now connect to the receiver.

Where is the on/off button?
There are various versions of this mouse. This is visible in the notation behind the article number on the label below the mouse. Only version -11 and further of this mouse feature the on/off button. Versions up to -10 do not feature the on/off button. These versions do have the power saving option, therefore do not require the mouse to be switched off, since they will switch off automatically to save battery power.
