I have lost/broken the USB-receiver. How do I receive a new USB-receiver?
It's not possible to provide a replacement receiver for this product. This is due to the fact that during production the product and receiver receive a unique code, so the product can only communicate with the bundled original receiver.

Where is your service center? Or where can I send my product to be repaired?
Unfortunately, we do not have service centers to repair products. A defective product should be replaced by your point of purchase during the warranty period.

The mouse is not working. What do I do?
Please reinstall the mouse as follows: Make sure that your computer is up-to-date via windowsupdate.com Make sure the USB-ports are up-to-date by downloading and installing the latest USB-drivers from the website of the computer's manufacturer. Remove all errors from the Device Manager. Remove the USB-receiver Restart the computer Doublecheck that the battery is full. When in doubt, use a new battery. After the computer has fully restarted, connect the USB-receiver to the computer without using a hub or extension cable. The computer will recognize the mouse and install the built-in driver. This might take a few moments. Touch the left mouse button, the mouse is ready to use. If the error persists, test the mouse (receiver) on another USB-port and on another computer.

The left button clicks 2x instead of 1x. What can I do?
Firstly, we would advise to check if it’s a software problem or if there’s an issue with the hardware. To test this, you can either plug the mouse (with fresh new batteries) into another computer, or plug a different mouse into the computer. If it is a software issue we would advise to: - Check if single-clicking is enabled - Check if double-click speed is set too low - Reinstall the mouse driver by removing the current mouse driver and let Windows reinstall it. To do this, right-click the Start Button and choose Device Manager. Expand the Mice and other pointing devices category and right-click your mouse. Choose Uninstall device, then restart your PC.
